View Larger Thanks to this video road test by the ever adorable Connie “I use cocktail umbrellas instead of toothpicks” Wang at Refinery 29, I don’t feel the need to spend $25 on a Ciaté Caviar Manicure Kit (if I could even get my hands on one) as previously reported.
Turns out, I was wrong about the function of the funnel. I thought it might aid in applying the caviar pearls, but it simply helps keep stock after the first flush. As Connie mentions in the video, you can DIY the same effect by scouting some microbeads at a craft store for a fifth of the cost.
Look, Martha Stewart would probably agree.
